Some MP3's wont play in Winamp?

Hey everyone,

Here's one from the X Files. For some reason that I can't figure out, 'some' MP3's have stopped playing in Winamp. They used to work just fine, they will play on other PC's and they will play in Quicktime on my PC. They wont play in Winamp or Media Player Classic. The files in question are MPEG-1 Layer 3, 44100Hz 64 kb/s , Monophonic.

Now when I say they wont play, they actually look like they are playing, the EQ bars move as though they were playing but no sound comes out. Other MP3's, FLAC etc work just fine and as I said these files that wont play now were playing previously and still play in Quicktime so it's got me beat.

I have tried un/reinstalling Winamp including the install folder and reg entries. Running Win 7 64bit and Winamp 5.63.

Any advice appreciated.
