Format converter 24-bit WAV to FLAC yields 16-bit
When I right-click on a 24-bit WAV file in the playlist, send to format converter, and select FLAC, the output file is a 16-bit FLAC file. I expected a 24-bit FLAC file. Can WinAmp create 24-bit FLAC files?

WinAmp 5.572 running on Vista Home Premium SP2, etc.
