Issue controlling Winamp with milkdrop fullscreen on 2nd monitor

hi

I have my pc hooked up to a monitor and an lcd tv as a secondary monitor.
now I have set milkdrop to maximise to the tv when double clicked... however when this happens I can no longer use most of winamps controls (on the monitor) or menus?

The cursor icons change when hovering, but clicking doesnt appear to have much use.

For example I cannot select tracks from the playlist or use the mediabrowser etc.
