Winamp won't allow drag and drop

This has been discussed on other posts - eg in October 2011 and answered - the problem usually is that Winamp is running in Administrator mode. When this is turned off, drag and drop is again permitted. Problem is that it seems not to be so easy to turn off. I achieved it by deleting the shortcut where I had set administrator privileges, and recreating it from the exe file.

The reason I turned on administrator privilege was to try to stop Winamp being queried by UAC every time I boot it. Curiously, now it seems to bypass UAC - hope this will persist.
