Winamp crashes upon CD use

This happens to both my desktop and laptop so I don't think it's a PC-specific issue. If winamp is open and I put in a CD, it crashes instantly. If I attempt to open winamp via autoplay after putting in a CD, it loads all the basic HUD panels but crashes before it gets to load the CD or my library or anything else.

What can I do? This is super annoying..

Do your CDs play in other apps? Use the Winamp Info Tool (http://koopa.meggamusic.co.uk/infotool/) to make an extended report of your Winamp configuration. The tool will put the report in a zip file. Attach the zip file to a post.
