Winamp for Linux
Winamp for Linux (opensuse, gnome) is on top of my wishlist.
I tried the Linux Alternatives, but it's not the same. I don't care for "Album covers", "songtexts", or any other "info from the Web" - if I need that, I have a webbrowser I just want to find music (on another partition than the operating system, of course!, without having to "import" all files every single time), sort and select the songs to play quickly, easily edit the tags (title, artist, genre, etc.) if necessary and create and play playlists. Of all the music players I tried, winamp did the job best. Any chance there will be a winamp-solution for linux? Last edited by phoenix; 28th December 2016 at 20:23.
