Tiny playlist formatting request

Would it be much work to make the playlist items formatted with bold and/or italic text?

I think this would actually help me out a lot, since I use a customized format for the PL.

Something like:

code:
|B|%Artist%|/B| - |B|%Track%|/B| (|I|%Album%|/I|)

To generate: Avril Lavigne - Girlfriend (The Best Damn Thing) in the playlist.

Hmmzz. I couldn't use the '[' character in the code section for some reason... Anyhow; I think you know what I mean. Can you please, please, please help me out? My guess is that it really shouldn't be too much work, I hope?
