Auto tagging gone?

Winamp was the program I ALWAYS used to tag mp3's. It seems to me, that since the apparent changeover of ownership, that the link to Gracenote is dead? Or has something gone wrong with the program on my end? Someone please let me know, had a ton of songs to tag & none of the other programs I have recently downloaded seem to do it as well as winamp did.

Also, is winamp coming back at all or is it shutdown for good?
