Questions regarding monetization and authhash

Hi,

So, the main question is if I can benefit from the monetization system if I'm streaming from Romania?

The other question is how can I, practically, get to synchronize the radio host to the Shoutcast site by the authhash? I did it somehow but I received that "Stream is currently up received Directory error code: 470". I searched and I found out that the 470 error is about the "Invalid authorization hash".

Can someone explain this to me, please?
