Why does a search of South America yield hip hop?

I've been looking for political forums based in Latin America. I look here and all I find is stations playing hip hop.

Could it be we're being censored?

I think 'they' have been working the Genres over, there's stuff all over the place, at least in the Classic view.

I'm seeing a lot more of the old 'No stations available'/'Genre load failed' errors lately as well.
