Can't change volume by scroll wheel anymore since new version

hello,

i've updated winamp from 5.9x and i'm using 5.63 now.
i've got a big problem now: i can't change the volume by using my the scroll wheel of my mouse anymore. i have to click into the volume window, then it works. but i'd like it to work in each window. it was a real comfortable way to change the volume any time. now it's not possible anymore. really annoying. is there any solution for this problem?
