shoutcast server: ukw -> webradio?

hello,
i want to broadcast an ukw radio programm with shoutcast

for this job i want to put a tv/radio card into my server so i can recaive the ukw radio station. then i want shoutcast to take the audio signal from the radio card an broadcast it as radio stream into the web

is this configuration possible?

Sure.

Put the Winamp/DSP combo in soundcard mode and configure the soundcard mixers to broadcast from the soundcard.
