New Solution to PLS Association Problem

Windows Settings -> Folder Options -> FileTypes
Scroll down for "Winamp playlist file" -> Hi-lite -> Edit
Description = Winamp playlist file
MIME = audio/mpeg
Default ext = .xpl
Action : Play in Winamp = default (if not, hi-lite & click "Set Default")

Checkmark : Always show extension (optional)
UNCHECK : Confirm open after download

Action : Play in Winamp : hi-lite -> Edit
Command line = "C:\Program Files\Winamp\winamp.exe" /m audio/mpeg

*NOTE: I tried previous recomended settings and none worked. This Command line that I came up with works even under a limited profiler under WIN-NT since you can't mess with the register.
