no admin panel?

I have shoutcast DNAS 2 and sc_trans 2.6 on a linux server

I can listen just fine @ http://freedomhost.info:8000/listen.pls but if I go to http://freedomhost.info:8000 it asks me to download a .part file and doesn't show the admin panel at all

Any ideas?
