Winamp won't play .mp3s "Error Creating Writer"

Hello

Im having trouble getting Winamp to play .mp3s Winamp will play .mid no problem. And Napster will play .mp3 no problem. When I try to play .mp3 it will open a separate .wma file and will play the song but has no sound. Then, if i try again, it gives me an error like this "Error Creating Writer". I dont know what to do, and in the past never had this problem with Winamp. (I recently upgraded to new version). Can someone help me? It would mean a world of difference to get this fixed.

Hmmm... I think you might have the wrong output plugin. Go into preferences, plugins then output, and make sure that either the WaveOut or DirectSound plugin is selected.
