new month - same story - Payment october 2018

Hey guys,

As it seems, everyone got his/her payment für September 2018.

It's march now, and according to the 120 days policy, october payment should have been paid by now.

Has anybody already recieved money for october or got a Revenue Report? In the email I got from shoutcast ~2 weeks ago, they said, october payments will be made "in the next few weeks"

Hello there, no october payment for me as well.
They also killed some of my stations and it is not the first time.
Their new stuff is a mess that's just crazy that they run it, a good idea but it was too early and we pay for that mess.

I mean that when they work on their servers or i don't know what they deactivate some listen.shoutcast links.

It’s automatic when over $25. Otherwise if not you’ll get nothing. It’s just they are so disorganized we never know if anything is coming and when as they missed their own deadlines every time. And no communication.

If they only had a automated system that says:

You got a payment incoming: Will be paid by Tuesday.

You made xxx

Or

You didn’t meet the $25 threshold this quarter.
Current balance is XX

Yes exactly. I am way over the 25$ threshold since months but no communication whether I'd get paid or not.
Guess I'd just wait and hope for the best.

Finally. Their reply is so simple lol. It’s like they’re just playing it off as normal. So we already know it will happen again. I’ve never seen a business like this before.
