Please How do i Move my radio from a third party host to shoutcast

Hello!
We have been running our radio with a third party host that uses centovacast for about 6 years now, but the third party host has not upgraded to shoutcast latest version , so we cant monetize our stream, how do i move our radio stream to shoutcast without loosing our listeners and radio directory listings.
