Specifying /INIDIR under Win2k give a strange bug

On Win2K, when I start Winamp from a batch as follow:

code:
"C:\Program Files\Winamp\winamp.exe" /INIDIR="C:\IPsecours" /CLASS="WinampIpSecours" C:\IPsecours\IPsecours.m3u

or

code:
"C:\Program Files\Winamp\winamp.exe" /INIDIR="C:\IPsecours\" C:\IPsecours\IPsecours.m3u

Winamp receive this string and doesn't start playing what it should do

C:\IPsecours\IPsecours.mˆ3u

Without specifying an INIDIR, it works and it also works under XP
