My win amp do not work

First, my english is not perfect so do not want to add more problems. I installed the new version and had to uninstall. Installed it again and the problem I have is win amp do not start I have to shut down each time. What is the problem or anyone have the same problem may be will help me to find the solution.

Try to delete the folder where you installed it and try to reinstall it again, hope it works.

Win Amp works ok the problem was that all my music was in the cloud probably caused a conflict I left the music in the cloud but made a copy on my desktop and now I hear music since about half an hour and all works fine. Thanks for the help but I should have tried this option at first sorry for the inconvenience. Tks again
