Jump-To-File window problem

Jump-To-File window always opens behind Winamp main window. It's very annoying. Why this happening? Can I fix this problem somehow, or it's bug?

i've no idea as i cannot reproduce it. maybe try unchecking the skinning option for the JTF window and see if that helps.
