Autodj is not backing

Hi everybody,

Some days ago, I become broadcaster of SHOUTCAST's website (www.shoutcast.com). Since then, I have been struggling to work the "autodj". Simply, when I need to leave the "live streaming", I don't get to go back to "autodj". During the transition, after leaving "live streaming", our station radio gets mute, and nothing happens. I have done everything to solve this problem, and I don't understand what is happening.

I already sent several e-mails to the SHOUTCAST'S support, however anyone replied me yet. I has already been 15 dias since I sent my first e-mail. A terrible support!!!

So, I kindly ask you a help to solve this issue.
