What am I paying for?
Hello,
Paying for the monthly subscription of premium and don't see the point. Monetization is not working at all. Including that the YP works only 20% of the time so the analytics will never show up correctly. Is it even worth keeping the premium at this point? Thank You |

I can tell you this:
- Support said that a fix for the current YP problem is already in the works - The support never actually answers - Monetization usually works reliably if the YP is playing along - The software has general errors, e.g. with the YP or similar |

I have never received a payout before because I have usually stopped the monetization program. But I have received a reply to the e-mails.

I'm using an alternative provider for some time now. Only checking out here if something changes.
Yesterday I have requested to delete my Shoutcast account completely because there is no point in waiting for Shoutcast to fix anything. Got a support request on the ad insertion open for 5 months now without a reply. |

They now actually starting answering my troubletickets I have opened about a year ago. They are asking if my problems are still existing otherwise they would close the tickets in a few days ;-)

Like I said.
As I doubt that any of the issues have been fixed I have asked to keep the tickets open. Though no one will ever give an answer. In the meantime I got an offer to monetize directly over Targetspot. However this is way too expensive. |

Still waiting on both shoutcast support and targetspot to address my requests.. the emails are few and far apart it seems.
been trying to get the embedded player (provided by Radionomy) fixed as well as get payment for my over 2 yrs worth of ad revenue. this whole mess (shoutcast for business [paid] and targetspot ads) is full of holes and so unprofessionally ran its just not funny anymore. |
