Help A Brother Out - Can't Connect With New Machine

Trying to "tune in" to Shoutcast.com. I just upgraded my computer and can no longer connect. I'm behind a corporate firewall, however, all of the settings on the new machine are the same as the old. I've added Shoutcast to the list of trusted sites. My machine has both IE and Firefox - both do not work. I was not successful with Winamp and am using Real Player (same as old machine).

The error I receive is encountered after Real Player is called and opens:

"NO CONNECTION COULD BE MADE BECAUSE THE TARGET MACHINE ACTIVELY REFUSED IT".

The related Hijackthis log is attached.

Can't stand the silence any longer.

Contact your IT department, sounds like they are blocking SHOUTcast.

Already done - there is no such restriction. Again, the previous machine did not have a problem within the same environment with the same settings. It's only the new machine - must be a setting somewhere.
