Winamp 5 Installation error

I downloaded the installation file (winamp509_full_emusic-8basic) from both the winamp and cnet websites respectively, but got the following messgae when I tried installing winamp:

NSIS Error:
The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.
This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.

Your may want to contact the author of this installer or to obtain a new copy.

It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMMENDED).

I've got a Cenrtino Processor running Windows XP Professional Version 5.1.26

Please advise!!!

Do you have any anti-virus on demand scanners running?

If so which ones?

Sometimes the NSIS installer gets in a mess with certain virus checkers with certain definations.

Also, disable any third party download managers/accelerators prior to downloading Winamp or Winamp plug-ins. They can mess up, NSIS installers.

Please do not PM me for tech support. Any request for tech support through PM will be ignored.
