Bookmarks storage location

I am trying to find out where bookmarks data for Win Amp 5.55 is stored in Windows XP. I search through pertinent folders under DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS, the Win Amp program folder, as well as the Windows registry and could not find them. Can someone advise where they are stored and in what file? I have a large number of media URLs bookmarked (e.g. free internet radio stations) and would like to grab the entire set of bookmarks without manual re-entry.

Bookmarks are stored in winamp.bm

That file should be located either in %AppData%\Winamp for multi-user setups or C:\Program Files\Winamp if you have shared settings for all users.

Every post I have seen on location of the bookmarks so I can export them to another computer says they are in a file called winamp.bm. I cannot find his file in either the main Winamp program file folder or users/appdata folder. Can someone help?

It's winamp.bm8 now, as from 5.58x onwards

(.bm was ansi, .bm8 = unicode)

Though best to save both files, I guess.

WIn7/Vista
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Winamp\winamp.bm8

Win2k/XP
C:\Documents & Settings\(Username)\Application Data\Winamp\winamp.bm8
