The file you requested could not be found...arg
OK I did the trial and all was well. As soon as I signed up for Shoutcast for business I can no longer get my stream working.
I an streaming from Virtual DJ and I can connect perfectly but when I go to my stream (on one of 4 different devices including a tablet, laptop, desktop and mobile all I get is "The file you requested could not be found" I would like to have this fixed ASAP my scheduled stream is not almost an hour late. Thank you |

Hey!
How long did you wait? Sometimes it can take a while before your station is live. For example, back then I had the password regenerated and waited 5 minutes. I was already on it. And for your information: Please use the SHOUTcast for Business category soon, thanks! ![]() |

Mh, Write a ticket to SHOUTcast or write to the user "Nosti". This user is a Radionomy moderator and can restart your station completely if necessary.
Otherwise our hands are unfortunately tied. :/ |

I just checked it, radio "DJ Sharky - Retired Not Dead" has no planning.
The live option will not work without a planning. Question, have you already uploaded music? |

The free trial and Shoutcast for Bussines are not the same.
Open the Shoutcast manager and go to the planner 1. Create one single "Music Box" -- Name it "Music" or anything you want. 2. Upload all of your tracks into it. (200 or so) 3. Add that "box" to one "clock" called "Day". 4. Add "Day" to one "Day Template". 5. Finally, drag that one "DayTemplate" to each day on the calendar under the "Planning" tab. You can plan for a maximum of 30 days, make sure you adjust it regularly. |

I saw that you generated a planning and opened this link https://streamingv2.shoutcast.com/dj...tired-not-dead Unfortunately the link didn't work and I restarted your radio,now the link works and your radio plays fine. |
