Lower Bitrate Relay Server?

I currently have cable and am broadcasting @ 56 KB/S, but Ive noticed that its hell for the 56K users.. I was wondering if there was any free relay servers where it would relay my shoutcast station and pull the bitrate down to like 24 kb/s? is this possible???? Is there any addon programs? Any relies would be great. thanks!

Some (paid) third party DNAS hosters.
You might be able to pair up with someone in the DJ & Listener Center forum.

56K modem users should be able to listen to a 32kbps 22kHz mono stream. However, any further online activity will most likely cause bufefring. 24kbps 22kHz mono and lower is better.

For multi-bitrates, you would need to:
1. Use the multi-bitrate option of your Winamp/DSP combo to send one bitrate to one DNAS and another bitrate to another DNAS.
2. Someone else would need to connect to your DNAS with a Winamp/DSP combo and re-send to another DNAS at another bitrate.
