Winamp 5.8 limited Flac BitRate?

Crashes when I try to play any flac over 16bit rate it seems. I have allow 24 bit checked. Any other settings I need to check?

I have "Allow 24 bit" unchecked and my Winamp 5.666 plays 24 bit FLAC without problems.
Have you seen this warning?:
