Trying to live-stream a Winamp Live Station fails and defaults to VLC Player

When Selecting "Online Services" then choose one of many available on-line stations, click the Right-facing "Play" arrow causes 2 pop-ups to appear: "0% of tunein-station.pls from yp.shortcut.co" tries to download "Getting File Information" which immediately fails, THEN that pop up is instantly overwritten by a second pop-up "File Download" "Do you want to Open or Save this file?" "Name: tune-in-station.pls" "Type: PLS Other File (VLC), 125 bytes", "From: yp.shoutcast.com" options are "Open" Button and "Save" Button. Clicking Open causes VLC Media Player to open a file that plays the music on VLC (not Winamp!), Clicking "Save" Button opens VLC Media Player which plays a song on VLC, not Winamp. This used to work to play the Online Stream on the Winamp Player, but no longer. "Jamaica!!" ("As in Jamaica me crazy!")
