Assigned URL Doesn't Connect

I am new to this forum and hope someone can point me to the answer I need to get online... I can listen to my stream ONLY from the Administration page. I ran the DNAS again and successfully set up the stream using Winamp. Everything worked perfectly during the setup. Stream began immediately in DSP Output. And stream shows valid and "public" from the Administrative page. I can listen to it using the play feature emedded on the Admin page, but the URL assigned won't connect. URL assigned by Shoutcast is

. From the Shoutcast and Radionomy "play buttons", the URL times out when I try to connect. Shoutcast does not respond to queries in four days now. Thanks for any advice.

is currently not online. Did you stop the stream?

BUenas tardes foro, resulta que mi shoutcast asignado tiene una direccion de reproduccion que funciona a la perfeccion dentro del sistema de administracion, pero al recorer por los diferentes enlaces que conmutan a mi reproductor encuentro otra direccion que simplemente no lleva a ningun sitio, incluso en ShoutCast-Search aparece mi estacion de radio pero cuando trato de reproducirla me manda mensaje de que no esta habilitada para reproducir, me pueden explicar como corregir o cambiar este problema, gracias
