WinAmp3 Playlist questions.

Is it possible for WinAmp to reload the same directory every time it starts up (i.e., if you add a song to your music directory, the next time WinAmp starts, it loads that song along with the others)?

Also, is it possible to generate tiered playlists? I want to have my entire music library be on one playlist, but inside that playlist I want my different directories (genres) to be selectable. (i.e., I can select which folder I want to play at a certain point in time w/o changing the playlist)
