IPC_SET_SHUFFLE value = 1 immediate repositioning bug

I don't know if it is the orphaned DJ Helper 2.51, which I use for autoBPM measurements, or how long this apparent bug has been around but I would not have expected turning IPC_SET_SHUFFLE "on" to reposition until the next track was requested. Alas it immediately does so before I can obtain and lock the next track, which I do to preserve its date structure, the whole point of which is because DH Helper touches the date modified.

I've hopefully attached a screenshot showing the code execution before and after using the IPC_SET_SHUFFLE call. On the right of each shows the DJ Helper screen where the "10" track is immediately replaced after the call by one from "ACDC".

Can anyone suggest a reason for this behaviour?

So Sorry. This SetShuffle Jump Bug while Stopped turns out to be hardcoded into DJ Helper and isn't a Winamp problem. I've implemented a ShuffleStatus workaround.
