Are there also some low quality FREE shoutcast servers?

i launched a radio for my Community but I have no money to pay for a shoutcast server.

Maybe some ppl interested in sponsoring my gaming community?

I'm afraid that this is seen as begging and isn't allowed, however you can find cheap streaming companies on www.radiotoolbox.com/hosts who will help you out.
