Friend needs help

My friend wants to dj and has winamp 2 and newest dsp plugin but 80kbps stereo is the highest he has in the encoder, how can he use higher ones waht is wrong?

i just put up a new station in shoutcast.we play freestyle,trance,disco,oldschool,Go to http://sc5.adero.org:8022/listen.pls e-mail me and tell me what you like about the station.
