create playlists on marked file in explorer

I have a question. Is it possible to create a playlist by marking the files in the Windows-Explorer, then do a rightclick and choose in the menu something like "make playlist" ? Is there an option in winamp?

At the moment I am creating playlists by open the file-menu in the playlist-editor and choose "save playlist". If there is an easier way, like the one I described above, then let me know plz.

My second question also refers to playlists. Everytime I create a playlist, the songnames are stored with full/absolute path in the playlist. I often rearrange my music folders, so a full/absolute path is not that good. Then I have to edit the playlist manually, so the filename is the only thing left in it. The playlist is saved then in the musik folder, where the music files are in.

Is there something to change the way winamp stores the information in the playlists?

Sorry for my bad english.

Thanks for your answers in advance.
