Syncing problem between Winamp on Android and PC

I use Winamp 1.4.15 on Android and Winamp 5.8 on Windows PC.

When I have some new files in my PC Winamp library and connect my device and click Sync, it tells me something like "200 songs will be transferred" even though there's only a few new ones, and "200 songs on the device which are not in the library", even though they are. Basically the Sync always tries to transfer my entire library again despite those tracks already existing on my Android device. Everytime I manually have to drag my new songs from PC to the device in Winamp.

Also, playlists from PC don't transfer to my Android. On the Android Winamp the playlists don't show up at all.

How can I fix this problem?

nope , there is no official winamp for android or IOS

Not on Play Store but you can still install the APK from the latest version it still works on new Android.
