Sure, here's what bugging me.

I'm not looking to purchase a website yet, neither to post an ad in Marketplace forums(if you guys have one) yet, just wanted to figure it our first.
I was just wondering what makes this website functioning(like script management) besides that I think it's custom made, and is there any similar(if not same/or better) on the market. I don't care about the design because I will create that from scratch.

Just to be clear, my goal is a website that will function with script from mentioned from above site. I know I can't have any significant profit from such website, so it's all about the passion of music, if we put it this was.

If you're looking to build a radio directory site (And there are many out there these days) you have options. There's an API that can pull listings from the Shoutcast YP. Or you could write your own, where you link to stations you like. Option 3 is to create a database where stations can register themselves and manage/update their own listings...
