Sync / Media Library

I have a few questions about the Media Library:

1) When syncing with my Creative Zen MP3 player, Winamp changes certain characters such as " ; / all to an underscore (_). Neither my mp3 player or winamp usually do this separate.

Also when syncing, if a song is not part of an album, it will not show up on my MP3 player. My mp3 player usually converts blank info (like album, genre) to <unknown>.

2) Is there a way to auto name file names? (like have the file names be mass customized in the media library). Also, is there a way to auto sort the files? When syncing to my mp3 player, Winamp sorted the songs by artist, then album etc and I was wondering if I could do this on my PC.
