Plug-In Missing from Plug-in List

I went to use the "SleepTimer" plug-in (http://www.winamp.com/plugin/sleeptimer/145717) tonight, and it's gone from my Plug-In list under Preferences. So I redownloaded and reinstalled it. Restarted Winamp. But it's still not there. Clicked the "Flush plug-in name cache" button, but that didn't help any. Even deleted winamp.ini. Verified the files are in the right place (C:\Program Files (x86)\Winamp\Plugins). No dice.

Any ideas why this plug-in was working fine yesterday and now it's gone missing and won't show up after reinstalling? I rebooted my pc earlier today, but that's the only thing I've done other than browse the net today.
