Encoder connected but stream is dead

Tried searching the forums for this, but no luck finding any posts about this.

I've tried using B.U.T.T. & Ladiocast to get my stream up. Both programs show that they're connected and sending audio, but my stream is down. I'm on a Mac running Yosemite. Stream works fine when running it from my Windows laptop. Not sure what's wrong here. Please advise.
