Stream down, reboot did not work

Oh my, so here we are... another day, another time when the stream just stops for no apparent reason. I've given up counting how many emails I've sent to Shoutcast regarding the other problem I STILL have, months on. After using live encoder, the planner although perfectly generated, does not resume. Although it did randomly a few days ago for the first time, and I actually thought i was getting somewhere.

However for the last 3 days the stream has stopped mid set. Thursday and friday it came back on after 5 minutes or so.

Today, it went off at 5.28pm and is still off. It says "unable to listen to the stream url''

Last resort, I rebooted the station.

Nothing. Still saying the same thing.

If anyone can help me I would be so grateful, we have some great shows planned for tonight. TIA.
