finally, i figured it out.
should i tell it or not?? no one helped me..... ![]() what the hell... open a browser like IE6 and in the adresbar type in something like (if you're in a homenetwork use the ip adres of the computer that is sharing): http://192.168.10.12:80 where :80 stands for the port that is set in the config of ml_www, if you have firewalls turn them off as a start to make shure it works. later on you could try it with firewalls enabled. now to figure out how to use a different layout. should i ask for it, or would that be a waste of time.... ![]() |

you can change the layout by selecting a different skin from the pulldown in the "General" pane of the preferences.
If you're looking to make your own skin, the best place to look is in the winamp/plugins/ml_www/default directory. There are a bunch of image files, a css file which defines the appearance and an ini file which sets the skin specific preferences. |

he thanks,
do you know if you can browse by album/year/genre/comment? and is there a place where you can download different layouts that other people made? or is it just the 3 that came with the plugin? |

In the current release version you can only browse by artist but there is code in cvs to browse by album and genre so it's coming.
I dont know of any other skins at the moment although various ppl have mentioned that they were working on them. Maybe other ppl can post theirs? |
