Yes. This is built into Winamp.
This works provided you DO NOT have windows vista. 1) Go to Input tab, and select "Soundcard input" as source. 2) Open mixer, and select the tab "What-U-Hear". The name of this option changes, though it is always located on the left of the mixer. Note: By mixer, I mean the soundcard volume settings for record and playback. Also note I have found MANY issues with this feature if you are using the on-board soundcard (DAMN REALTEK). I HIGHLY recommend buying and installing a cheap soundcard like sound blaster audigy ($35) This should fix the issues that you have. KNSJ.org 89.1 FM San Diego |

LET ME REPHRASE THAT.
You wont be able to user the mixer /w the mixing if you have Windows vista. a buddy and I are planning a program to make a Winamp plug-in mixer for Vista ( we will submit it when its finished), but its on the back burner to our current projects. But when were finished, trust me, you will know. KNSJ.org 89.1 FM San Diego |

Nope. Never messed with the coding of the SC_DSP
I'm telling you bro, it would be a lot less trouble just to get a sound card with better recording property's and playback than to start tinkering with coding. Though Im all about the tinkering with coding. But if you are going to invest the time, far be it by me to presuade you otherwise, and I salute you and wish you the best of luck in that venture. |
