Shoutcast stream not working

Hello all,
I am trying to set up my radio station through Shoutcast. I was able to plugin my scheduler to my Shoutcast account and was able to establish the connection and my encoder says streaming. However, my Shoutcast URL is not working. When I try to open the link it says "The file you requested could not be found". Anyone experienced this? How can this be rectified? I have sent many messages to shot cast support but they are not responding. Please help.
