How can I scroll through file info

I got a new computer and installed winamp on it, but now I can't scroll through the tags of songs in my playlist, have to close one and open the next, it is annoying, how can I get <<>> back?

Use "View file info..." in the Playlist Editor, not in the Library or a Library playlist.
