2 Problems - can't close right

I 've two big problems with Winamp 5.32.

1. Often I can't start Winamp. Last times i used it i closed it but the process it's still to see in taskmanager under xp. it stays in memory.

2. I use advanced visualisation studio 2.81 in winamp as plugin, works fine. but i can't close it. with starting the next track in playlist it also opens. Also by starting winamp it opens. how can i disable visualisation plugins permanently. same prob with other vis plugins

2. Uncheck the following option:
Prefs (Ctrl+P) > Plug-ins > 'Auto execute visualization plug-in on playback'
