ZERO support from customer service

Paying customer....

Have I got the wrong support email address? I get auto replies to tickets, saying "thanks, we'll contact you soon". Since the new year I am getting 100% ZERO responses back. My server will go down with a 404 for hours and reports of it go ignored. It's not an encoder issue.

What is going on? Does shoutcast / targetspot not give a shit?

That's why I don't use a SHOUTcast anymore.
I'm currently communicating with another audio Marketers and using Icecast.

All my streams are 404 for the past few hours.... emailing support wont help anyone... Where is DJ Egg BTW?

Found a workaround, redirect streams too

masterv2.shoutcast.com
and NOT
streamingV2.shoutcast.com

Not sure how long it will work but at least my listeners are not complaining.

I don't get any support either. Just cancelled the premium plan a few days ago.
