Shoutcast support not answering

Hi guys,
I tried to reach shoutcast a couple of times via email, but they never responded. Do you know whats the problem? And is this same for you too?

Is normal, after was take it by AOL and after by Radionomy this server and development become a bad joke. They do nothing, nothing new, nothing to make it better. It's just a piece from Radionomy marketing.

They don't answer, only Egg does and it's only if it something not to do with infrastructure. I'm sure Egg is just has frustrated as all he is passing the message on.
