winamp 0.8.13 broken for catalina

[imperatos]

winamp for macos worked fine on mojave, untill the release of catalina.
On version 10.15 Beta (19A546d) and even normal catalina ( not beta ) winamp wont start, it gives and error and all i can do is reopen and same thing happens again and again.
this is part of message error :
