Embed 3rd Party Shoutcast Player On Site

I bought a third party shoutcast player from Themeforest. Instead of it being a stand alone popup player when the link is clicked, I would like to embed in this html web page, maybe in the left horizontal banner.

Does anyone know how to do that? The developer of the player is of course trying to charge me. Yeah....I'm not paying him for that.
